All locations are strictly Non-Smoking with a $500 fee for each occurrence

 

Pets are allowed at The Orland Hideaway only with pre-approval and a $100 fee

Undisclosed pets will be charged a $500 fee

 

All reservations are non-refundable, with a 48-hour grace period:

Grace period terms:

• Full refund less a $50 service fee for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.

• 50% refund for cancellations made less than 14 days before the check-in date.

• No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in

 

To ensure the safety and security of our guests, we have installed security cameras in designated outdoor areas, specifically focusing on parking areas and the private dirt road leading to our property. These cameras are in place solely to monitor these outdoor locations and enhance the overall security measures of our premises.

We want to emphasize that these security cameras are strategically positioned to monitor these specific areas only and do not extend beyond them. They are not intended to intrude on your privacy or monitor indoor spaces where guests reside.
